The two stage filter features state of the art technology with the two filters complementing each other to ensure clean great tasting water.

How the two stage filter works.

1. The first stage is a 5 micron pre- filter that removes solids such as, scale, dirt, rust, and also protects the second stage filter from clogging up. It filters out solid impurities more than five micron in diameter.
2. The second stage is a Carbon filter that removes Chlorine, bad taste, odours, cryptosporidium and Giardia cysts, herbicides, pesticides and other metals, but, importantly, it does not remove Fluoride.
