Our unique in-house standby team are professional Pearla plumbers ready to attend to your plumbing needs fast. It works a bit like a fire station. When you call and all of our regular plumbers are busy our standby team springs into action to make sure that you’re not left in the lurch. Our genuine 24 hour, 7 day a week emergency service is backed by a substantial team so, like our other customers, you can rely on us.
I just wanted to express and record our appreciation for you (and Alex) responding so quickly to our Christmas afternoon disaster. When I phoned on Christmas night, it was in the faint hope that there might be a message service switched on. It made all the difference to be able to speak to you directly and thus have Alex on the doorstep at 9:00am on Boxing Day.
